have no benefit plan. You have no job security. And when you apply for a better
job, your service doesn’t count. It’s hard to get ahead.

OPSEU is helping
Thousands of part-timers and sessionals have
signed OPSEU union cards to show they want to join the union and start
bargaining better wages and working conditions. And now, Ontario has new
legislation that recognizes their right to do so. OPSEU has applied to the
Labour Relations Board to be certified as the bargaining agent for part-timers
and sessionals. |
